I feel the time was wasted on too much about family and friends, which is not really cute hearing once let alone every time, and could have been used for more exercise and health topics. I also wanted one without the toning band and strength training. I chose this one because it has 12 minute miles that are more intense and are great if you work out early and have limited time. I bought this because I have 4 other Leslie Sansone dvds and they have helped me lose weight and achieve better fitness and more energy. Good workout during the winter or when you're not able to walk outside for whatever reason. workout - afterall, getting your body and heart pumping even for just a few minutes is better than not at all. It doesn't take long to squeeze in even one mile if you're really short on time or just not feeling up to a big sweaty 30-45 min. I plan to continue using this DVD to alternate high impact to "easier on the body" impact workouts. I can't say that the DVD is responsible for that, however I am pleased that I was able to continue a workout regime with this DVD that didn't exacerbate my back/pinched nerve issue. The pain I was experiencing is 95 percent gone. I like that the workout is not jarring on the body, but after walking in place for 3-4 miles with this DVD, my heart was pumping at a surprisingly good rate during the workout.
